Teacher Training Classes - held the first Monday of the month during the Good News Club season (October - April). All classes are free to any person interested in teaching children. At these classes, you will learn how to more effectively teach children. Also, if you are a Good News Club teacher, you may borrow the necessary materials to teach your Good News Club. We do this through our Lending Library.
Church Related Teacher Training Class - we are available throughout the year to conduct training sessions on various topics in local churches. Contact our office for more details.
Teacher Aids and Supplies - these are available through our office. CEF Press produces some of the best visuals for teaching the Bibe, Bible verses, hymns, choruses, etc to children children. Many of these items are available at our office. We can help you with special orders for items not currently in stock.
Summer Missionary Program - a program in which we train young people ages 16 and up to teach children. The summer missionaries attend two weeks of Summer Missionary Training School (SMTS) where they are given the necessary training and materials to teach for the summer. At SMTS students learn how to teach a Bible lesson, missionary story, Bible verse, sing and teach a song, and the other parts of a club. They are also taught other life changing things such as the importance of a daily quiet time with God, public relations etiquette, and how to do open-air evangelism. This is an intense but life changing two weeks of training. Each student must graduate from this school in order to serve as a summer missionary. When the summer missionaries leave to go back to their respective county to work for the summer, they are taking with them tools and knowledge they can use for the rest of their lives.
